Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflect the color of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

  • Use of our site includes accessing, browsing or registering to use our site. Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use our site, as they will apply to your use of our site.

  • Our contract with you
  • By placing an order for Products through our site you warrant that you have legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding Contract.
  • Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
  • After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order within 24 hour. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place as described in below lines.
  • We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail (Dispatch Confirmation) within 24 to 48 hours. The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
  • If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site as referred to in clause or because the content you provide in respect of Bespoke Products does not meet our requirements set out in these Terms, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
  • We amend these Terms from time to time. Please look at the beginning of these Terms above to see when they were last updated.
  • Every time you order Products from us, the Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the Contract between you and us.
  • We may revise these Terms as they apply to your order from time to time to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
