- You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Items can only be refunded if there is any manufacturing defect.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you should have a valid reason.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once you contact us within 3 days the return window will be open until the issue is solved.
Case 1: You can replace the product in case of defect or received the wrong product from our end. In these cases, you will get a free replacement.
Case 2: (Mobile Cover Only) In case where you ordered incorrect product (e.g. Vivo V11 instead of V11 Pro), you will have to pay 50 INR additional charges per Cover.
Case 3: (T-Shirt Only) In case you ordered wrong T-Shirt then you need to pay 150 INR for replacement (100 INR – T-Shirt Base Price + 50 INR – Shipping Charge).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org in case replace/refund of product with order id, contact number, reason for replace/refund and proof with photo/video.
What Manufacturing defect includes?
Manufacturing defect includes Defects in Products, Fitting Issue, Spots on print, Alignment Issue, Scratches, Print Blurred.
What Manufacturing defect does not includes?
Minor color difference, different camera button/camera cutting, customer ordering incorrect model.
